Ex-situ TEM grid for custom lithography (6 pack)

Ex-situ TEM grid for electrical transport measurements before and/or after TEM imaging.  Membrane has 8 electrodes near device regions of different sizes to accommodate electrical measurements of a variety of devices following custom lithography. Ex-situ grids have 3 mm diameter (corner-to-corner), making them compatible with most standard TEM instruments and holders (6 grids/pack).
